President, CEO & Chief Decision Scientist - Dr. John Johnson is MBDM's Founder and a past Senior Manager and Director of Booz Allen's Global Technology and Predictive Modeling Practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers' Integrated Performance Management Practice, Answerthink's Financial and Cost Management Practice and the Hackett Group's Global Benchmarking Practice.
Dr. Johnson holds a Masters in Computer Science and Business Mathematics (with a Major in Business Information Technology), a Masters in Business Administration (with Majors in Strategy & Finance), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering (with a minor in Applied Mathematics).
He is a member of The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), The Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), The Strategic Planning Society (SPS), The Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He is also a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Senior Director - Dr. Mark Gershon is the former chairman of the Management Science and Operations Management department at Temple University. An industrial engineer by training, he began his career as a quality engineer with the Project Management office at the Army's Armaments Development Command.
He then worked as a project manager for Control Data Corporation, responsible for software development applications and consulting projects for the minerals industry, before coming to Temple in 1983. Since then, Dr. Gershon has focused on developing and implementing new ideas for project management and quality management. Besides earning a Professional Engineer's license, he holds certification as a Project Management Professional and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
He consults and gives seminars on these topics around the world. Dr. Gershon has published widely, including two textbooks and over thirty refereed journal articles. In 2002, he was keynote speaker at a conference in China, and has served on the editorial boards of international journals. An excellent teacher, he has been honored with the Lindback Award for Teaching by Temple.
Senior Director - Dr. Hubert Glover is on the faculty at Drexel University LeBow College of Business as a Clinical Associate Professor and Dean’s Fellow where he teaches both graduate and undergraduate students with particular specialty in the area of IFRS along with supporting the College’s AACSB Accreditation efforts. He is also working on various initiatives with Executive Education to provide customized courses to corporate clients.
Dr. Glover has more than 30 years experience in management and leadership. This includes both the private sectors where his leadership roles included tenure as a CEO of a joint venture with Shell Oil and as a CEO for a subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dr. Glover’s leadership portfolio also included the public sectors serving as the chair of the accounting department for the School of Business at Howard University (both accredited by the AACSB) and leading small businesses to provide services for major federal agencies such as DOE and NASA
Dr. Glover currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) (www.imanet.org ). As part of his role with the IMA BOD, Dr. Glover serves on the governance committee which seeks to set policy to guide the international accounting organization and the COSO subcommittee which is supporting the change to the global internal control framework
Dr. Glover has earned the following professional distinctions: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Information Systems and Control (CRISC) and Certification in Risk Management Assessment (CRMA).
Director - Intellectual Property & Contracts - Mr. Kulwant Singh Boora is Director of Intellectual Property and Contracts. Mr. Boora has served as a contract analyst for corporate companies in the U.S. and has overseen contract implementation, contract compliance and administration in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific in accordance with corporate governance, policies and procedures, driving processes and procedures while measuring performance. He has interfaced with corporate VPs, Directors and corporate management as part of contract administration. He had provided training to corporate leadership in the midst of maintaining quality control of compliance and engaged in operation and policy decision making nationally, internationally and off-shore while implementing business models in accordance with company wide policy and governance. In addition Mr. Boora oversees all aspect of the company’s intellectual property ranging from copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents to intellectual property licensing, infringement, enforcement and protection while working closely with counsel on such matters
Mr. Boora has completed his LL.M Masters of Law in Intellectual Property Law, CPE/Graduate Diploma in Law (Law Society of England and Wales Common Professional Examinations, equivalent to LL.B) from the University of Hertfordshire School of Law, B.A. Hon. Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Staffordshire University, Diploma in Law and Higher Professional Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Executives College of Law and a Diploma in Theology with Honors from the University of Wales. He is also the author of numerous books that relate to the subject of theology as an apostolic writer that have been widely used worldwide within the oneness Pentecostal movement. He is also admitted as a Fellow and Legal Executive Lawyer in the United Kingdom where he practiced law.
Director - Office of Sales and Marketing - Tom Quattlebaum (A) is a Professional Sales Executive and Business Development Manager with over 25 years of sales experience at IBM Corporation - Global Services Division and the SAS Institute.
With extensive sales and marketing management experience within the Information Technology Industry, this highly successful manager gained this knowledge from positions ranging from Project Management, Systems Integration Consulting, and Complex Solution Design. Responsibilities included creating sales teams specializing in selling CRM, SRM, ERP, eBusiness, eCommerce, web design, IT consulting, and ASP Hosting.
Tom holds an MS, Industrial and Mgmt. Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, an MBA, Marketing Management & MIS, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY and a Bachelor of Science, Physics, concentration in Mathematics, Siena College, Loudonville, NY
Vice President - John O. Johnson, TB-MD - John is a Graduate of Temple Universty's School of Science and Technology with an Undergraduate degree in Neuroscience - Concentrations in Molecular and Cellular Biology (BSc). He is currently a 3rd Year Medical Student at Howard University's College of Medicine on their MD Program. John will be assuming responsibility for all medical-related neurological simulation projects.
