Our lead principle analysts are Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Trained and  Certified and have extensive experience managing large and complex projects with numerous interdependencies and across large disparate organizations to successful completion.


Our PERT and CPM Technologies

As trained Operations Researchers and Industrial Engineers, we have extensive experience in the PERT and CPM technologies. These technologies allow us to manage large and very complex projects seamlessly to a high level of successful completion. Nothing hurts credibility more than over-runs on a project as they suggest the project was poorly scoped in the first place.

Our PERT and CPM skills allow us to not only define the critical path through your projects, but to establish the probabilities that you will complete the project within those defined times. This is critical in defining the risk of an over run at the outset and therefore in managing the expectations of project sponsors.

Interdependencies are crucial in establishing true critical paths. When they are poorly recognized and underwritten, large projects can go badly wrong. We have crucial tools and approaches to identifying and underwriting interdepencies so they do not impact project timelines adversely.
