We have Provided key strategic and technical consulting and advisory services to IT and Business Executives, Project Teams, and Operations  Engineering Teams to ensure that systems solutions were in line with their business needs.

This has involved working with all IT and Business functional teams to ensure strategic technology compliance using Service Level Agreements and Availability Management Methodologies.

In addition, it meant we had to maintain relationships with strategic vendors while acting as a conduit for information from the relevant IT industry segments to the other IT and None-IT groups.

A FEW OF OUR ACHIEVEMENTS...

  • Reviewed the overall technology platforms and IS/IT strategic intent of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
  • Led a 25-strong team on a 13% ($44 Million) cost-reduction effort across Citigroup’s Global IS/IT Cards Division.
  • Defined and refreshed, end-to-end, JP Morgan’s global technology business support infrastructure.
  • Led a 20-strong team that re-engineered end-to-end the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting (PBF) processes of this $5Bn Air Products Chemicals Company
  • Led a 5-Strong team in the creation of a demand management model.
  • As interim SVP for Operations and Development, Port Authority of Jamaica.
  • Jointly, with three other SVPs and the President of the Port Authority of Jamaica, Led the development and submission of a qualitative and quantitative economic justification and cost / benefit analysis to the European Investment Bank (EIB) for a new multi-million dollar Airport.
